Free Open Workshops on Traditional Gastronomy

The Municipality of Kameno is organizing hands-on workshops on traditional gastronomy as part of project BGTR0200042 – EPACT ("Exploring the Past: Experimental Archaeology as a Catalyst for Tourism and Growth"), co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Programme 2021-2027.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

discover the richness of local cuisine;

prepare dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients;

learn how to present food as a cultural and tourism experience.

October 10, 2026 (Saturday) – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

October 11, 2026 (Sunday) – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

October 17, 2026 (Saturday) – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Venue:

Municipal Center for Comprehensive Work with Children, "Hristo Botev" Secondary School, Dimitar Blagoev St., Kameno.

The workshops are suitable for children over the age of 7 and adults. No prior experience is required. All necessary ingredients and materials are provided by the organizers.
